*1 Medical professionals, residents, and researchers are required to submit a scanned image file as proof of their status (e.g., an ID card from their affiliated institution).

How to Register
1. Creating a New Account
Please register your email address and name via the "Create Account" page.
Your name will be printed on the name card used at the JES 2025 congress. You may register your name using the Roman alphabet if you prefer.
If you do not receive the "Temporary Account Registration Notification" email, please check your spam or junk mail folder.
2. Completing Your Registration
Access the URL provided in the "Temporary Account Registration Notification" email to enter your affiliation and other required information to complete your registration.
Your login password will be shown on the registration completion page or in the "Account Registration Completed" email.
Please make sure to keep this information safe until the end of the event.
3. Payment Method
Only credit card payments are accepted.

Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover.
※Please note that NO refund will be given once payment is completed.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that we do not accept any cancellation requests and no refunds will be given for registration.
